A few useful facts

  • Arrival : Saturday from 4pm
  • Departure : Saturday at 10:00 am. at the latest 
  • Mandatory exit cleaning : included in the price. (intermediate cleaning possible for stays longer than one week)
  • Non-smoking home & animals not accepted
  • Bed linen + pillow cases, duvet covers and towels provided. Pool towels not provided
  • Cot and baby chair on demand.
  • By you before your departure : bins emptied, dishes done, and all bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers on the floor in the bathroom

RATE per week

  • October - November, January - February: € 1.200,00
  • March - April - May - June & September: € 1,400.00
  • July & August: € 1,850.00

  • Payment of € 450,00 deposit per week booked to confirm the reservation and payment of the balance maximum 3 weeks before the rental
  • Security deposit: € 750.00 by bank transfer on payment of the balance
